Julianna Broadway is a senior majoring in Communication Studies with a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communication. With a passion for media and design, she brings experience in graphic design, social media management, and Adobe services, as well as film production and editing from her coursework. Her work experience is in marketing, and she is excited to gain more hands-on experience and apply her creativity and skills as part of Pier601. In her free time, Julianna enjoys trying new coffee shops, watching movies, spending time with friends, and traveling.

Carlee Harrell is a senior majoring in Communication Studies. She has a strong passion for marketing and graphic design, and during her first semester with Pier601, she hopes to deepen her skills and learn more about the world of IMC through hands-on experience with clients. In her free time, Carlee enjoys going to the beach, taking her dog for walks, and spending time with her friends and family.

Claire George is a senior majoring in Communication Studies. She has experience in the technical side of marketing and is very excited to tap into the creative aspect through Pier601 Creative. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, playing tennis, and riding horses. Claire also enjoys giving back to her community through volunteering at the local food bank and animal shelter.

Sandy Richardson is a senior majoring in Communication Studies with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communications. This is her first semester working with Pier601, and she is excited to gain hands-on experience by working with local businesses in content strategy, creative campaign development, and social media management. With a passion for message design and brand storytelling, she hopes to further her skills to create meaningful work. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, going to the beach, and reading.

Sadie Cameron is a senior majoring in Communication Studies with a focus in Integrated Marketing and minoring in Leadership Skills. This is her second semester working at Pier601, and she is excited to collaborate with new clients and bring their visions to life. Sadie has a passion for content creation, social media management, event planning, and website design. She also has experience in studio production, including working with cameras and behind-the-scenes operations. In her free time, Sadie enjoys going to Pilates classes, sitting on the beach, and traveling.

Tiana Watts is a senior majoring in Communication Studies with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in Small Business and Social Entrepreneurship. She is passionate about all things branding, graphic design, event planning, and public relations, and is excited to bring her creativity and skills to Pier601. When Tiana's not working on projects, she loves getting crafty, hanging out with friends, and watching movies!

Abbey Klappert is a senior majoring in Communication Studies with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communication. She has found her passion in social media management and content creation, message design, and brand development. Her work is one of her greatest values, being driven by a passion for creativity and a desire to help others. In her free time, Abbey enjoys spending time with her loved ones, long walks with her dog Boone, playing video games, and shopping. This semester, Abbey is looking forward to building her resume with hands-on IMC experience and to aid local small businesses in her community.

Tensli Powers is a senior majoring in Communication, minoring in Entrepreneurship Studies, with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communications. She is excited to begin a second semester with Pier601, working alongside creative individuals and contributing to leaving a lasting impact on the Wilmington community. Tensli is an active member of Lambda Pi Eta, Com Studies Society, and is an intern for a local event planning company, Port City Event Planners. In her free time, she loves to go to the beach, try new activities and restaurants, travel, hang out with friends and family, do yoga and pilates, and go on walks. This semester, she hopes to learn from her peers as well as contribute her skills of content creation, website design, and event planning.

Isla Murphy is a senior majoring in Communication Studies with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communication and a minor in International Studies. She has experience in social media marketing, as she has recently been managing two Instagram accounts for Wilmington-based businesses and assisting a Raleigh-based Instagram blog over the past three years. In her time at UNCW, Isla has learned valuable skills in graphic design, working with Adobe programs and understanding brand marketing strategy and management. In Pier 601, Isla is really eager to gain hands-on experiences and work with clients one on one. Isla is excited to share her knowledge and creativity in new spaces, as she is personable and thrives on connecting with others. In her free time, you can catch Isla baking sourdough, riding her bike, roller skating around town, and supporting the people around her!

Caleb Herron is a senior majoring in Communication Studies & French. He has experience working in social media management and digital media production. He enjoys coffee, thrifting, going to the beach, and watching movies in his free time. He is excited to grow his IMC skills and learn more about the inner workings of a marketing firm during his time in Pier601 Creative.

Hayden Farris is a junior majoring in Communication Studies with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communication and a minor in Spanish. She is passionate about social media management/marketing, content creation, and event planning. She is excited to embark on her first semester in Pier601 to gain hands-on, unique experiences! Hayden enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing pickleball, going to sporting events, and crafting! Hayden is looking forward to an exciting semester with new opportunities!

Berkeley Sumner is a junior majoring in Communication studies with a concentration in IMC (integrated marketing communications). In her time away from academics she works downtown, spends time with friends and family, is the VP of Philanthropy for Alpha Xi Delta, and goes on scenic walks. She is looking forward to gaining knowledge of client communication and working in an agency!

Loghan Lennox is a senior majoring in Communication Studies with a minor in Studio Art. She is focusing on Integrated Marketing Communication as well as Media Production. She is passionate about working with her peers to help improve Wilmington businesses marketing efforts. Additionally, she is excited to incorporate her love for art and design into her work this semester. In her free time Loghan enjoys taking her camera out to shoot some photos, taking long shell walks on the beach, or crafting with her friends!

Tyler McKenzie is a senior, majoring in Communications and Film Studies.  He is so ready for Pier601, and all the opportunities he knows it’ll provide. He is very passionate about commercial marketing and video marketing but is also ready to get into podcasting and audio editing. He also enjoys writing and reading books and is an up and coming chess player.

Grace Wilson is a Senior majoring in Communication Studies with a concentration in Integrated Marketing Communication. She is excited to continue her involvement with Pier601 Creative where she is excited to collaborate with other students to bring ideas to life and support the Wilmington community. Grace is an active member of Lambda Pi Eta, the Communication Studies Society, and Women in Businrss. Outside of academics, she loves spending time at the beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends. This semester, Grace looks forward to building her professional skills while contributing her strengths in content creation, client relations, and creative campaign development.

Sidney Miller is a senior majoring in Communication Studies with a minor in Leadership Studies and a focus in Integrated Marketing Communications. She has experience in social media marketing, brand collaboration, and merchandising as the Vice President of Marketing for her sorority at UNCW. With Pier601, Sidney is excited to grow her skills in creative marketing and gain hands-on experience working with local businesses. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and fun new workout classes and coffee shops.

Emily Isley is a senior, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Strategy. She is excited to be a part of Pier601, where she looks forward to gaining hands-on experience in brand strategy and collaborative client work. In her free time, Emily enjoys thrifting, reading, and trying new coffee shops. She is eager to learn from the Pier601 community in the upcoming semester.
