a vibrant celebration
On March 27th, 2015, the UNCW Communication Studies Department hosted a variety of events dedicated to celebrating its own students, faculty, and alumni. The event allowed COM students to network with others, take responsibility of certain events, and receive a glimpse of the next steps to take after graduation. From alumni panels and networking events to various skits and the famous "Dress for Success" fashion show. The event was free to all, and was topped off with a social in downtown Wilmington that allowed students, faculty, and alumni the chance to enjoy hors d'oeuvres and drinks together over live entertainment.

The Pier601 team created a logo for the COM Studies Day Social that ended the day. The event was exclusively for the people who made COM Studies Day possible by hosting and participating, and Pier601 helped design the invite flyer.
